Tier I

Multi-Facility Partnership Discounts:

2+ facilities: $25 off per facility/ month
4+ facilities: $50 off per facility/ month
8+ facilities: $75 off per facility/ month

Tier I Includes:

  • 1 visit per month

  • Up to 10 residents (~3.5- 4 hours total)

  • Gentle nail trim & shape

  • Natural polish or buff-to-shine

  • Alleviating hand/arm massage

  • Aromatherapy

  • Legacy Light™: Wellness Snapshot Card

    • (hand photo + beautiful affirmation card)

    • Each resident receives one Legacy Light™ keepsake monthly, thoughtfully prepared

  • Facility Staff Appreciation:

    • 1 complimentary staff service per month

    • Removals count as a full service

Tier II

$1,200.00

Multi-Facility Partnership Discounts:

2+ facilities: $50 off per facility/ month

4+ facilities: $75 off per facility/ month

8+ facilities: $100 off per facility/ month


Includes everything in Tier 1, PLUS:

  • 2 Visits per month

  • 8–10 Residents per visit; 16–20 total, excluding staff services (~4-4.5 hours total per visit)

  • Herbal Soak

  • Cuticle care (unless medically contraindicated)

  • Sea Salt Scrub OR hot/neutral herbal towel wrap

  • Calming Body-and-Brain soothing music

  • Scent Memory Jars (custom calming scent for visits)

  • Facility Staff Appreciation:

Tier IIII - Legacy Light Mobile Bedside
$175.00

Purpose : Legacy Light™ Mobile Visits provide gentle, dignified nail care and a tangible keepsake moment for clients receiving care in private homes, hospice residences, or memory care settings outside centralized facilities.

Includes:

  • 60-minute nail care session tailored to Residents’ specific needs

  • Gentle hand massage

  • Instant Polaroid photo

  • 5x7 Signature Affirmation Card

  • Sealed envelope labeled: “A Legacy Light Moment”

  • Travel within primary service area

Additional mileage may apply outside the primary service area.

    Other locations may incur a standard mileage rate.

For Hospice Agencies & Facilities

Agencies may:

  • Request single individual visits

  • Schedule multiple clients per month

  • Coordinate recurring visit days

  • Receive consolidated monthly invoicing (for 3+ visits per month)

Tier III

$2,200.00

Multi-Facility Partnership Discounts:

2+ facilities: $75 off per facility/ month

4+ facilities: $100 off per facility/ month

8+ facilities: $150 off per facility/ month


Includes everything in Tier 2, PLUS:

  • 4 Visits per month (weekly)

  • Up to 10 Residents per visit; 32–40 total, excluding staff services (~5 hours total per visit)Priority scheduling

  • Nourishing Hand Mask accompanied with Scented Towel Wrap

  • Massage with Resident’s choice of 5 Decadent Hand-Butters

  • Family Communication Option: Monthly “Caregram” update
